The challenge
Introduce a wide range of experiences without making CORE feel like a collection of separate facilities. Give prospective members a clear sense of the campus, its character and where they might belong.
Glowroom Digital · Working Project
Helping a new fitness and wellbeing campus in Salaya, Thailand connect its commercial offer, operations, digital presence and member experience as it prepares for opening in 2027.
Fitness · Wellbeing · ConnectionThe ambition
CORE brings training floors, personal coaching, Yoga, Pilates, Muay Thai, Onsen and recovery together with Pickleball, a café and spaces for everyday connection. The ambition is a campus people can make part of their lives, with experiences that complement one another.
Glowroom’s ongoing role connects the way that ambition is communicated online with the practical work of preparing the offer, member journey and service experience behind it.

Introduce a wide range of experiences without making CORE feel like a collection of separate facilities. Give prospective members a clear sense of the campus, its character and where they might belong.
Build the story around a connected campus, with distinct routes into training, practice, recovery and community. Align the website with the evolving membership offer and customer journey.
A working website brings the campus story, proposed programmes and architectural visuals together. Wider work on membership, service planning and launch preparation continues alongside the digital development.
An ongoing collaboration
The project reaches beyond the website. Commercial planning, operational thinking and communication need to work together so that the experience presented to future members can be supported by the service they receive.
The website builds on CORE’s existing logo and brand palette. Led by Tim Joynt, the collaboration draws on his experience in fitness operations, people leadership and digital development. Working alongside the CORE team and specialist advisers, the role spans commercial planning, operational structure, systems requirements and digital communication.
Bringing fitness, specialist practice, recovery and community together in a clear campus story, supported by website copy and membership presentation materials.
Translating the existing CORE identity into a responsive digital experience, with clear navigation, programme information and a visual introduction to the campus.
Researching the market and developing pricing and product proposals across the campus. Shaping how specialist services support the wider membership offer and sales journey.
Helping define the operating model, service standards and member journey, from first enquiry and arrival through to booking, participation and ongoing support.
Developing role summaries, reporting relationships and departmental responsibilities to give the future team clarity on service delivery and accountability.
Defining requirements and supporting vendor evaluation for membership, CRM, booking, payments and access control, with attention to how the systems work together.
Reviewing reception, access, changing areas and service points from an operational perspective, helping connect the physical layout with the everyday member experience.
Structuring workstreams, priorities and dependencies across operations, membership sales and digital preparation to support the team’s progress towards opening.
